Throughout his career, Mustafa advised foreign and local clients, including strategic investors and private equity firms, in their conflicts and disputes in relation to their investments in Turkey.

Mustafa was involved in commercial and corporate law matters and disputes as well as white collar crimes, criminal investigations, and civil law actions including enforcement proceedings, temporary attachments, and preliminary injunctions. His experience also extends to complex insolvency cases and bankruptcy proceedings.
